According to an entry on t he North Bend Police log for Sunday, April 29, 9:54 a.m., 3100 block Broadway Ave., “911, non-injury accident,” 23-year old James Merchant cited for Failure to Yield the Right of Way, DWS Violation and Driving Uninsured. He was also arrested on CBPD warrant charging Probation Violation on original charge of Rape III, and Santiam Correction Institute warrant charging Parole Violation. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Warrant/Tearing up House
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, April 29, 1:01 p.m., 2400 block Pine St., “911, dispute, female subject is tearing up my house again,” 41-year old Milisa Sapp charged with NBPD warrant for Failure to Appear on Criminal Mischief II & Harassment. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
