According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 1, 12:14 p.m., 3200 block Tremont Ave., “911, Road Rage/Assault, RP pulled over as subject was following him, suspect got out of his vehicle and punched him, suspect vehicle: older red PU, report taken Assault IV. Officers checked area; unable to locate, teletype sent count wide.”
Warrant/Heroin
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 1, 9:23 p.m., 3400 block Oak St., “RP reported suspicious circumstances, possible UEMV in progress,” 22-year old Robert N. Byers, North Bend, arrested on Eugene PD warrant charging Failure to Appear on Heroin charge, Theft III and Possession Meth. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Casino/Heroin
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, May 2, 1:25 a.m., 3000 block Tremont, “Casino request officer for females using drugs. Officers responded to location and PO was notified, one female was advised to check in later with PO/Mullins. Drugs were seized by officer, both subject will be referred to DA for PCS Heroin and Meth, both subjects also trespassed from location.” Twenty-two year old Kristin Mayer and 26-year old Brittany Overstreet “Contacted.”
