Pants Down
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Nov. 15, 4:35 p.m., 2323 Pacific Ave., “911, male subject in bleachers with pants down. Officers responded/advised suspects pants too big and fell while adjusting belt. No intention of exposing. Subject was permanently trespassed from all North Bend schools. Warned for PCS Less than an Oz. within 1000 feet of School.’

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Nov. 15, 4:42 p.m., 3800 block Vista Dr., “request warrant service attempt,” on 26-year old Jennifer Skinner, North Bend, charged with Failure to Appear. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
