According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Nov. 16, 5:03 p.m., 1600 block Virginia, “traffic stop,” 26-year old Leroy Manuel Capote III charged with Probation Violation, Escape, Assault on Law Enforcement Officer X2, Resisting and Interfering. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
