Female was transported to BAH by BCA on voluntary. She was permanently trespassed from Pony Village Mall per their request.” At 8:42 a.m., 3229 Broadway Ave. Brees Upscale Resale, “criminal trespass, transients being loud and disorderly, want them to be told to leave. Officer responded/subject was permanently trespassed from Broadway Plaza.” At 9:45 a.m., 2189 Sherman Ave., Grace Church, “criminal trespass, transients in tent on property refusing to leave, request them to be permanently trespassed. Officer responded/subjects were trespassed and are leaving.” At 3:38 p.m., 2202 Broadway Ave., McDonald’s, “male transient bothering customers in the Drive Thru line. Refusing to leave. Officers responded/subject was contacted and permanently trespassed from location.” At 4:54 p.m., 1932 Newmark Ave., Papa Murphy’s Pizza, “disorderly conduct, male transient with large pole bothering customers and making them feel uneasy as well as employees. Officer responded/escorted subject off of the property and on to sidewalk and was given directions to where he said he wanted to go.” At 5:10 p.m., 1932 Newmark Ave., Papa Murphy’s Pizza, “officer out with female transient, female was permanently trespassed from La Costa. She left in taxi.”
