Beltran arrested on charge of Disorderly Conduct & Placing Offensive Substance on Property. Transported to the Coo sco. Jail at Coquille.

Officers advised subjects not coming to door. Officer contacted RP.” At 3:23 p.m., “dispute between mother and son. Civil issue. Both advised to leave each other along and to go to Small Claims Court.” At 11:22 p.m., 700 block Virginia Ave., “assist Fire Dept. with medical / domestic dispute. Officers responded, parties were separated, victim declined pursuing charges. Handled by officer.” Victim listed as 43-year old male. At 11:57 p.m., Broadway & Newmark, “RP reported wanted male subject on stolen bike / RP then advised subject was approaching her and would possibly hurt her. Officers responded, male subject not wanted & bike not stolen. Parties were separated. Handled by officer.
