Elude
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 16, 9:39 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill  Casino, “Mill Security reported suspicious vehicle in parking lot with subject sleeping inside.  Officers contacted the 2 occupants / one exited vehicle, 2nd eluded police in vehicle / NBPD pursued with assistance from CCSO / CBPD assisted with investigation at Mill Casino.  Officers located the vehicle on Oceanic Road in North Bend then locate the suspect,” 26-year old Justin A. Denney, Grants Pass, charged with Reckless Endangering, Reckless Driving, Felony Elude on Foot, Hit & Run Property Damage, also cited for Driving Uninsured, Driving while Suspended & Speed 100 MPH or more.  Also, served Oregon State Parole Board valid warrant charging Probation Violation on original charge of Robbery.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

UEMV
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 16, 3:49 p.m., Frisbee Golf Course, “unlawful entry of motor vehicle. Male subject on a black BMX bike opened the door to my truck.  He was confronted by one of my friends and took off.  Officer responded/owner was not on scene.  Witness advised subject attempted to take a beer from vehicle but was unsuccessful.”  At 4:32 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “suspect contacted/will be referred to DA Office for UEMV.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 16, 4:32 p.m., 1700 block Virginia Ave., “warrant service,” 48-year old Gregory Lance Nidever arrested on two warrants from NBPD charging Theft II & Failure to Appear II, also CCSO warrant charging Criminal Trespass I.  An additional charge “will be referred to DA Office for UEMV case.”  Also, possession PCS from seized syringe.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
