According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Sept. 14, 9:47 a.m., 1300 block Sherman Ave., “illegal camping, transients camping down trail at Park in blue/yellow tent,” 32-year old Adam Charles Johnston taken into custody on NBPD warrant charging Attempt to Commit Class A Felony, Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Mischief II, Mail Theft & Possession of Heroin. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. “Both parties permanently trespassed from all North Bend Parks.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Sept. 15, 1:33 a.m., Broadway Ave., “NBPD served valid CCSO warrant” on 31-year old Richard J. Nolan, Coos Bay, charging Failure to Appear on Criminal Citation. CCJ also authorized cite in lieu of custody.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Sept. 15, 3:57 p.m., “officer contacted suspicious subject in City Hall,” 63-year old Angela Dee Koogler, North Bend, cited for Criminal Trespass II and Disorderly Conduct II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
