Warrant/Heroin
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 18, 1:15 a.m., State & Tremont, “traffic stop,” passenger 25-year old Whitney J. Bell arrested on CBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on Possession Heroin & Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor. “Passenger will also be referred to DA for PCS Heroin.” Operator 38-year old Dustin Young “driver will be referred to DA for PCS Meth & PCS Heroin. Also cited for DWS Violation. Passenger transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
