Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 18, 10:04 a.m., McCullough Bridge, “possible location of stolen bike.  Reedsport PD officer responded and cited suspect for Theft III of the bike.  Bike returned to owner,” 38-year old Todd Jeremy Spiller taken into custody on Trigg County SO Kentucky warrant charging Condition Release Violation.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Assault
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 18, 6 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “911, fight, 2 males in open field across from PV Mall,” 26-year old Matthew Emerson arrested on charges of Assault IV and additional charges of three warrants out of Multnomah Co. charging Harassment, Interfere with Peace Officer and Failure to Appear on Offensive Littering.  “Victim was transported to BAH.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 18, 6:44 p.m., Broadway & Alder Ridge Dr., “NBPD served valid CCSO warrant” on 22-year old Morgan O. Kutsch, North Bend, charging Probation Violation on Produce Marijuana.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 18, 8:59 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Casino request officer for intoxicated female attempting to drive away, officers responded to location and female placed into custody,” 63-year old Nadine J. Krolick, Texas, cited for DUII-Alcohol and cited for Breath Test Refusal.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2:05 a.m., 2100 block Grant St., “officer attempt to locate vehicle that was observed driving over a curb and left at high rate of speed.  Officer located vehicle after it crashed into another vehicle at driver’s residence – non-injury 2, vehicle MVA (DUII), 49-year old Tricia R. Shepherd, North Bend, cited for DUII – Alcohol & Breath Test Refusal, driver warned for Reckless Driving and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
