Stolen Boat
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 30, 8:55 a.m, 1700 block Hayes St., “stolen boat. Boat was recovered in the 300 block of Empire Blvd., CB with no motor, battery or trailer, same time we were taking report. Officer obtained signed stolen report. Owner responded to Coos Bay to retrieve his boat. Stolen outboard motor entered into LEDS.”
Deer Attack
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 30, 2:23 p.m., Simpson Park, 72-year old female reported, “animal complaint, deer attacked RP and her dogs in the park this morning. Her dog was injured. Logged for information.”
Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Aug. 30, 7:06 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, “theft at location,” 23-year old Kristin Ann Mayer charged with Probation Violation and Theft III and False Inf. Cited and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
