According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Oct. 25, 7:55 a.m., 2000 block Meade Ave., “neighbor reported suspicious subject on property next door, officers respond located subject officers served 2 valid CCSO warrants,” on 51-year old David A. Triquart, Myrtle Pt., charging Contempt of Court Child Support. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. “permanently trespass added to file owner of property notified / does not wish to pursue charges.”
Theft
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 25, 10:04 a.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., “manager from Safeway reported a theft, officers made contact with suspect,” 26-year old John Boyett charging Criminal Trespass I, Theft III and will refer for PCS Meth and Heroin, and theft of mislaid property. Transported to CCJ.

According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 25, 10:32 a.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., “manager from Safeway reported a theft, officer made contact with suspect,” 29-year old Terry Thurman, North Bend, cited for Theft III and Criminal Trespass I. Additionally, charged with Theft III and Criminal Trespass I.

According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 26, 1:45 a.m., Vista Dr. & Edgewood Dr., 36-year old Connie Cozad charged with Probation Violation and transported to CCJ.
Warrant
According to an entry on the NBPD log for Oct. 26, 9:27 p.m., 1300 block Virginia Ave., 39-year old Joshua Thompson, North Bend, arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant for Parole Violation. Additionally, charged with Resisting Arrest and transported to CCJ.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Oct. 27, 10 a.m.,700 block S. Empire Blvd., “CBPD located wanted subject,”30-year old Josh Lincoln, North Bend, arrested on charges of Forgery I, Criminal Possession Forged Instrument, cited, and also charged with Criminal Trespass II and Theft III. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
