Oregon’s junior Cooper Teare (30:49.2) was sixth overall at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in Terre Haute, IN Saturday. Edwin Kurgat of Iowa State was the overall winner of the 10K race (30:32.7). BYU won the team title, the Ducks were ninth. Sophomore Taylor Chiotti (21:07.0), 79th, was the top finisher for the Oregon women in the 6K race won by Weini Kelati New Mexico (19:47.5). Arkansas won the team title. The Ducks finished 26th.
