New Emergency Services Director, April 24

Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office veteran Capt. Gabriel Fabrizio has added the office of Coos Co. Emergency Management to his list of responsibilities. Capt. Fabrizio fills the void created by the retirement of Mike Murphy last year. The Emergency Services Management Program is a department within the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. Adding the responsibilities of the department along with Capt. Fabrizio other duties will reportedly save the County about $81,000 a year. He will reportedly receive an additional monthly stipend for his new responsibilities.
