The city of Coos Bay has contracted with Knife River Materials to repair portions of the failed roadway on Newmark Ave, at the Walmart / Staples intersections. In order to complete the work there will be lane closures controlled by flaggers. Work is scheduled to be performed on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023, weather dependent. Please take caution and slow down when nearing the construction area and comply with signage.
