The City of Coos Bay has contracted with Upper Rouge Excavation to repair a sanitary sewer line along N. 2nd Street (between Park Ave & Highland Ave). Paving activities are needed to complete the work on this street, in order to do the paving, the road will be closed. It is anticipated that the road closure will remain in effect for two days, Monday, Feb. 8th and Tuesday, Feb. 9th. There will be no on street parking in this portion of N. 2nd Street. Drivers and pedestrians are advised to please exercise caution within the construction zone. The contractor will work with the affected business owners as needed.
