The North Bank Lane Fire south of Coos Bay is now listed as 60-percent contained by officials with the Coos Forest Protective Association. The fire, believed to have started by a downed power line, has not gained in size as favorable winds and temperatures reached the area between Coquille and Bandon. The fire has reportedly burned about 350-acres.
