North Bend City Council
The North Bend City Council will meet on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall, 835 California Street, North Bend. The council meeting will include a Visitor and Convention Bureau update. The meeting will include a PUBLIC HEARING regarding proposed Plan Text Amendments to the Coos Bay Estuary Management Plan.
North Bend URA
The North Bend Urban Renewal Agency will meet on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 following the council meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall, 835 California Street, North Bend. The Urban Renewal Agency meeting will include: • Resolution URA 39 A Resolution Amending the Plan of the North Bend Urban Renewal Agency to Amend Section VII Renewal Plan Amendments; • Resolution URA 40 A Resolution Amending the Plan of the North Bend Urban Renewal Agency to Add Land to the Area, Add the Tourist Information Bureau and Downtown Mural as Projects, and Revise Project Descriptions and Project Costs; • Authorization to go out to bid on Grant Circle Project.
