North Bend City Council, March 29

The North Bend City Council will meet for a Special Called Meeting on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. On the published agenda: 1. Call to Order; 2. Executive Session pursuant to ORS § 192.660 (2)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. 3. Executive Session pursuant to ORS § 192.660 (2)(d) to conduct deliberations with those persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations. 4. Executive Session pursuant to ORS § 192.660 (2)(e) to conduct deliberations with those persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions. 5. Action, if any, resulting from Executive Session. 6. Resolution 3302: Agreement with Operation Rebuild Hope – Parkside Motel Change in Use and Zoning. 7. Adjournment.
