North Bend opened the 2015 softball season with a 5-2 win at Junction City Tuesday. Lindsey Henson was two-for-five at the plate to lead the Bulldogs.
Booster Clubs
The Marshfield and North Bend booster clubs meet today at noon. The North Bend backers will gather at the high school’s Hall of Champions, and the Pirate supporters meet at Abby’s Pizza in Coos Bay. Both meetings are open to all interested in Bay Area high school sports.
NBHS Equestrians
The NBHS Equestrian Team did great at its second district meet recently. Special congratulations to NBHS members for these placings: Jasmine Barker- 1st in Hunt Seat, Elizabeth Davis- 3rd in Dressage, Hannah Snelgrove-10th in Western, Abby Fugate-14th in Hunt Seat, Brittany Floyd-13th in Biwrangle, Brooklyn Vitek- 20th in Poles, and to our Drill Team for taking 2nd place.

Mr. Bulldog Volleyball vs Mr. MHS Wednesday March 18, at 7:00pm in the NBHS Gym. Come out wearing your brown and gold and cheer on your Mr. Bulldog contestants! $5 Admission. Hope to see everyone there.
