Male 49, female 35. 1:18 a.m., 3700 block Sherman Ave., “report of physical fight in front yard at location between 2 brothers. Both referred to DA’s Office for Disorderly Conduct. 7:34 a.m., 1700 block Maple St., “request for officers for intoxicated male subject. Officers advised involved parties counseled and will call back if further assistance is needed.” Female 23 years old. 11:59 a.m., 2100 block Monroe St., “RP reported dispute yelling/screaming. Officers responded/kids with Air Soft guns playing. Warned: Violation City Ordinance.” Males 14 & 16 years of age. 7:40 p.m., Bi Mor Gas Station, “officer assisting CBPD with subject at location trying to start fight with customers at location. Subject advised to behave himself and not yell and scream at people and get in their face.” Male 49 years old contacted. 10:38 p.m., 1700 block Maple St., “RP request officer respond to location for assault. RP advised subject was assaulted sometime today. RP advised suspect is still at location, RP is around corner in her vehicle. Victim is RP’s daughter and there is children in the residence. Officer contacted involved. Both denying any domestic violence. She is claiming she did it to herself cleaning out the fridge.”
