According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Dec. 18, 11:35 a.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “wanted subject at location,” 32-year old Brandon S. Bockwinkel, North Bend, arrested on CCSO warrant charging Probation Violation – Heroin. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Vehicle vs. Pedestrian
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Dec. 18, Virginia & Sheridan, “vehicle vs. pedestrian MVA.” Twenty-one year old Carter D. Peck, Coos Bay, warned for Failure to Yield to Pedestrian in Crosswalk. Seventy-one year old Sheila D. Vaughan transported by ambulance to BAH.
DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Dec. 19, 8:22 p.m., 1611 Virginia Ave., “RP reports vehicle hit a parking pole in the parking lot south of Macy’s.” Forty-nine year old Maureen Aiken, North Bend, cited in lieu of custody for DUII (BAC 0.25%), also cited for Reckless Driving and Open Container-Alcohol. Vehicle towed, “subject released to a sober driver.”

Door secured. Message left for Property Manager.” At 7:24 p.m., 700 block Virginia Ave., “open door at location. Report taken charge Burglary II and Criminal Mischief II.
