According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for early Thursday morning, Dec. 5, 1:04 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Security requests officer respond to take theft report.” Fifty-five year old Kelly L. Reynolds, North Bend, charged with Theft II and Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property. Cited and released in Lieu of Custody. “Reynolds was permanently trespassed from the Casino and Casino property.”
