According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Dec. 5, 2:50 a.m., 2800 block Oak St., “RP advised she can hear a male subject screaming for help and running westbound on Lewis St. Officers contacted subject, he is intoxicated. Subject was warned for Disorderly Conduct and left the area on foot.” Forty-three year old male contacted.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Dec. 5, 8:07 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., “Mall Security advised trespass in progress at Ross.” Fifty-one year old Trudy L. Potter, Coos Bay, arrested on Union Co. warrant charging Failure to Appear on Criminal Trespass II charge. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Dec. 6, 2:30 a.m., Newmark & Liberty, 27-year old Michael L. Porter, Coos Bay, charged with DUII (BAC 0.15%), driver cited in lieu of custody, “driver and passenger took a taxi from the PD home.”
Theft Arrest
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Dec. 6, 8:17 a.m., 300 block Tremont, “officer out with male at location,” 20-year old Brian Q. Stuart, Coos Bay, charged with Theft II, Burglary II and PCS Schedule I. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. Also, 25-year old Basil Broman will be referred to the DA for Theft by Receiving. “Phone returned to owner.”
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Dec. 6, 11:10 a.m., 1200 block Virginia Ave., “officer out with subjects,” 28-year old Blake P. Topping, transient, arrested on Parole Board warrant charging Parole Violation, and 23-year old Gary D. Danielson, transient, charged with Probation Violation. Both transported to the Coos Co. at Coquille.
Crosswalk complaint
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Dec. 6, 3:30 p.m., Sherman & Florida, “complaints regarding crosswalk,” 41-year old Kathryne E. Lindsay, North Bend, arrested on Clatsop Co. warrant and an additional warrant for Failure to Appear. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
