According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Feb. 17, 3:18 p.m., 1700 block Hamilton, “RP reported a male subject drove by her in a grey vehicle with his window down and he was masturbating. Last seen westbound on Virginia. Unknown license plate or make model of vehicle. Officer advised/will attempt to locate.”
Stolen vehicle
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Feb. 17, 6:47 p.m., 3200 block Sherman Ave., “RP reported someone stole her vehicle from her driveway within the last two days.” 1999 Dodge Durango. 9:32 p.m., traffic stop at Sherman & California. Thirty-one year old Jeffrey Ross, North Bend, taken into custody for PCS Schedule I Meth and was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. “Vehicle is civil issue at this time, possible violation of RO pending.” Ross was cited for DWS Violation, Driving Uninsured and PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana.
