According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Feb. 19, 3:29 p.m., Florida & Sherman, “flagged down by citizen. Subject has injured person from the dunes in their vehicle, they don’t know where the hospital is at. Officer escorted them to BAH. Assistance rendered.”

Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille, and warned for Criminal Trespass.

Jail at Coquille. “1 year trespass from all Mall property and all Safeways.”
Bakery Thief
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Feb. 21, 3:17 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, “Loss Prevention reported following a male subject who stole bakery items and left on foot.” Fifty-one year old Donald Sanders, North Bend, cited and released for Criminal Trespass II & Theft III.

Officers attempt to locate with CBPD unit assisting / unable to locate the suspect. Officer later located the male suspect near Yellow Cab on Broadway / additional female subject unable to locate.” Twenty-nine year old Dawson Bill Warrington, Winston, charged with Burglary II and Criminal Trespass II. “Suspect Ackerman, Wendy Jill 32 yof of Winston, referred to the DA for Burglary II and Criminal Trespass II.
