Officers checked location and were unable to locate anyone. Spoke to subject who advised all subjects had left the area.” 11:47 a.m., 700 block Tower St., “Dispute between 2 males at location, both have sticks. Officers contacted subjects, officer advised dog went to neighbors last night and they let it in and though it was being abused so they weren’t giving it.” 3:36 p.m., 2200 block State St., “dispute at location, 2 males and 2 females. RP advised the other subjects assaulted his wife. Officers contacted all involved. Officer advised parties separated and report to be referred to DA’s Office for Harassment.”

Sheriff’s Office served two NBPD warrants and located missing person, 26-year old Samuel McCauley Bowling, North Bend, charged with Failure to Appear on original charge of Possession Firearm, and Failure to Appear on original charge of Failure to Appear II.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Feb. 24, 8:14 p.m., Douglas Co. Sheriff’s Office served NBPD warrant on 39-year old Jason Edward Hall, Winston, charging Attempt Assault I, Attempt Assault II, Unlawful Use of Weapon, Assault IV Domestic, and Domestic Strangling.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Feb. 24, 11 p.m., Newmark & Broadway, NBPD served CCSO warrant on 19-year old William Howard Payton, Coos Bay, charging Assault IV and Harassment, also cited for DWS Violation, Driving Uninsured, Failure to Register Vehicle, PCS Less Oz. Marijuana and warned for Defective Lighting. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
