According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Feb. 7, 3:56 p.m., 1800 block Oak St., 23-year old Kevin Ballard, North Bend, arrested on Reno PD warrant charging Grand Larceny, two-counts Obtain/Possess a Credit Card without Consent, and Failure to Appear. Also charged with Interfering and Escape III. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Alcohol
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Feb. 7, 7:50 p.m., 1800 block Newmark St., Quick E Mart, “RP reported he refused to sell subject alcohol. Subject threw wallet on the counter and walked out with the alcohol without paying.” Twenty-year old Morgan Kutsch, North Bend, charged with Probation Violation, Criminal Mischief I and Theft III.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Feb. 7, 7:59 p.m., Jane House, “RP advised that while she was gone from location her husband was at location and looking in the windows. RP advised that this occurred at 1700 hours. Officer contacted RP, report taken, under investigation. Subject was located at CCJ by CCSO on different charge. Jail contacted and advised to add our charge.” Twenty-nine year old Dylan Heard, Lakeside, charged with Violation of Restraining Order.
Burglary
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Feb. 8, 12:35 a.m., 2100 block Sherman Ave., “RP reported apartment broken into over the weekend. Door kicked in, hasn’t entered.”
