According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Jan. 20, 8:20 a.m., Virginia at Union, “officer out with male subject,” 46-year old Mario Acosta, North Bend, taken into custody on CCSO warrant charging Contempt of Court. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
