Suspicious subject
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Jan. 26, 10:23 a.m., 11th St. & Oak St., “off duty officer reported suspicious subject looking at various house in the neighborhood and carrying gloves. Officers respond and contacted the subject.” Thirty-two year old Christopher Maine Westgaard, Coos Bay, arrested on charges of Probation Violation, Carry Concealed Weapon and PCS Schedule I Meth. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
