According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Jan. 4, 10:37 p.m., “Veteran’s Affairs Police Department served our valid warrants on” 63-year old Robert Holcomb charging Failure to Report as a Sex Offender; Resisting Arrest; Failure to Appear in First Degree; and, Failure to Report as Sex Offender and Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.
