Jail at Coquille. “Women’s Safety advocate responded. Officer seized less 1 Oz. marijuana for destruction. Subjects warned.”

Officers respond and located subjects / both in violation of conflicting Restraining Orders.” Twenty-seven year old Moses Rafael Valencia, North Bend, charged with Violation Restraining Order. Twenty-three year old Miriah Noel Johnson Valencia, North Bend, charged with Violation Restraining Order. Both transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
