Transient
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, July 14, 4:25 p.m., Sherman & Florida avenues, “male transient urinating in parking lot, verbally abusive, and stumbling across street.” Fifty-one year old Joseph Boy, transient, charged with Criminal Trespass II and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Counterfeit
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, July 15, 1:50 a.m., 1900 block Virginia Ave, “business alarm. Officers contacted employee and subject at location. Officer advised alarm set off by employee because subject tried to use a counterfeit $20 bill. Bill was seized.”
