Officers responded/advised vehicle was signed stolen. PC arrest put out county wide for suspect. Vehicle impounded by OSP last night.” At 3:59 p.m., 31-year old Bonnie Baer, Modesto, CA, taken into custody by CBPD on Probable Cause for Unauthorized Use Vehicle (UUV).
