Dispute
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 14, 10:40 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, “dispute, minor physical injury, victim refused to press charges, both subjects advised to stay away from each other.” Involved were a two individuals ages 55 and 43.

Assault
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 14, 11:13 a.m., 2700 block Sheridan Ave., “assault, officers responded / male suspect fled before arrival,” suspect is 33-year old Anthony Brown, North Bend, “PC arrest put out for Assault IV/Domestic, dog track/unsuccessful.”

False Claim
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 14, 12:17 p.m., 3411 Broadway, “suspicious circumstances, female reporting murders at Walgreens. Walgreens contacted during officer respond, no emergency. Officers located the female walking away from location, transported to BAH for evaluation.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 14, 4:32 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Security reported suspicious subject in a vehicle with no plates. Officers respond and located the subject, served 2 valid North Bend,” 39-year old David Lloyd Boughton, Coos Bay, charged with Failure to Appear on Citation and Theft III. Additional charge of PCS and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Wanted
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 14, 4:44 p.m., “officer advised subject wanted on NBPD now in the lobby,” 33-year old Anthony Hugh Brown, North Bend, charged with Assault IV Domestic and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Assault
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 14, 9:23 p.m., 700 block Lewis St., “RP reported male subject punched female in face and took off running. Female not needing medical. Officers unable to locate the suspect in the area. PC for Assault 4.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 14, 10:59 p.m., Broadway & 12th, “officer out with subject at location,” 23-year old Matthew Kittrell, LaPine arrested on Clackamas Co. warrant charging Failure to Appear on three-counts of Burglary II, two-counts of Theft I and one-count of Theft II.
