According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, June 2, 8:36 p.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., Lucky Dragon restaurant, “RP request to report theft. 4 subjects left without paying. Officer contacted RP. RP doesn’t want to press charges, just wants them to pay.”
