Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, March 11, 9:14 p.m., Virginia & Lincoln,”RP reported male subject left location west on Virginia. Male used phone at Market and he made comments that he has warrants and is on probation. RP advised subject is intoxicated.” Thirty-two year old Christopher Westgaard, North Bend, arrested on charges of Escape, Resisting Arrest and three outstanding warrants. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Speedo
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, March 12, 5:28 p.m., 3700 block Pacific St., “RP reports neighbor is out in yard in his Speedo. Male subject exposed his genitals in view of neighbor’s residences. Officers contacted subject, warned for Indecent Exposure both for violation of city ordinance and criminal statute.”
Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, March 12, 5:51 p.m., 1611 Virginia Ave., “Mall Security reports, east wind, female 40’s, stretched out on the furniture and is uncooperative. Officers responded, contacted Mall Security and subject transported to BAH and cleared.” Forty-four year old Angela M. Royal, transient, charged with Criminal Trespass II and Disorderly Conduct II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille and permanently trespassed from Mall property.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, March 13, 2:42 p.m., 1611 Virginia Ave., “Security advised trespassed subject has entered the mall through the North entrance.” Forty-four year old Angela M. Royal, transient, arrested on Criminal Trespass II charge. Transported to BAH for clearance then transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Golfaden, Bandon, charged with Probation Violation, per a Parole Officer, also Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon (brass knuckles) and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
