Carpenter, transient, charged with Littering and Disorderly Conduct II. “Subject advised that if we get another call that he would be taken to CCJ.”

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, March 18, 7:17 a.m., 3400 block Cedar St., “RP reported transient in sleeping bag will not wake up and leave, officer out with wanted subject,” 24-year old Kyle W. Campbell, North bend, arrested on four CCSO warrants charging Failure to Appear, DWS, FTA, & FTA. “Subject will be referred for Felon in Possession of Concealed Weapon, subject was transported to CCJ. Officer was unable to locate on trespassed subject, RP was advised to call back if subject showed back up to location (not same subject that was arrested.)”
