According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, March 22, 4:26 p.m., 2600 block State St., “RP reported neighbors having fight. Male hit the female,” 23-year old Edward English, North Bend, taken into custody on charges of Assault IV/Domestic and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
