According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, March 29, 9:13 a.m., 1611 Virginia Ave., “officer out with several juveniles south side of PV Mall, juveniles referred to Juvenile Department on charges of UEMV, Criminal Trespass and MIP/Marijuana.
