According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, May 8, 1:17 p.m., 600 block Lombard St., “RP reported 2 males fighting in her living room on the floor.  Officers respond and contacted all involved parties.”  Forty-five year old Harry Everett Miller IV, North Bend, charged with Disorderly Conduct and Probation Violation.  Forty-three year old Everett John Miller, Coos Bay, charged with Disorderly Conduct.  Both transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Suspicious Subject
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, May 10, 4:22 p.m., 835 California Ave., Police Station.  “RP request to speak with an officer at NBPD to report that he has Royalty in his bloodline and for that reason should not have a criminal history.  Officers on a call at that time, RP was offered info on how to dispute his criminal history record.  States he will come back to inform officer when there is one available.

Fled on Foot
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, May 10, 6:27 p.m., Virginia & Harrison, “officer observed wanted female subject at location.  Officer advisee male subject with her fled on foot, located behind Captain’s Choice.  Assisted by CBPD and CCSO.”  Nineteen year old Samantha Jean Gilbert, North Bend, served CBPD warrant charging Failure to Appear on Trespassing charge.  Also, 25-year old David Lynard McGraw, Coos Bay, arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant charging Probation Violation on original charge of Larceny.  Both transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, May 10, 7:23 p.m., Everett & Virginia, “OSP requesting cover unit for a trooper out with 2 subjects.”  Twenty- two year old Kevin A. Fitzgerald, transient, arrested on Probation Violation charge, False Info to a Police Officer, Tampering with Evidence, Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon and PCS Schedule I.  OSP transported subject to Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Early Morning Dispute
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, May 11, 1:42 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Casino Security request officers respond to a dispute between male and female, unknown if physical.  Officers responded, both are leaving at the Casino’s request.  They have been Permanently Trespassed.  Verbal only.”  Involved included:  22-year old Chaira Fall and 23-year old Nicholas Pierson.  At 2:39 a.m., 800 block Vermont St., “dispute.  Officers responded, male is going to leave the residence.  Yellow Cab responded, but refused service due to the male not having money to pay.  Male left the area on foot.”  Involved included:  22-year old Chaira Fall & 23-year old Nicholas Pierson.  At 3:22 a.m., 800 block Vermont Ave., “RP reports that it sounds like the neighbors are fighting again.”  Twenty-three year old Nicholas L. Pierson, North Bend, arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.  He was transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
