Unattended Child

Officer located the vehicle, trx @ Myrtle Ave. & Bayshore Ave. in Coos Bay / subject warned and will bring the baby in from now on.” Twenty-seven year old male contacted.

Warned 3 times for Mis Use. 4th incomplete 911/male screaming in background. Subject cited in lieu of arrest for Mis Use of 911.” Forty-year old female Involved/Contacted. “Subject permanently trespassed from Airport Heights Market.”
Took a Swing
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, May 4, 10:21 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave. Mill Casino, “Mill Security request officer respond for subject they have detained. They were giving subject a 6 month restriction and the subject took swing at them. Subject taken into custody and transported to CCJ on the charges of Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, Menacing and Criminal Trespass 2.”
