According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Nov. 9, 2:23 p.m., 3500 block Tremont Ave., “several reports of a male subject in white 4D vehicle that crashed into curb at location, then walked across the street to Top Dog Coffee. Possibly intoxicated. Officer arrived/advised vehicle is high centered near rail road tracks.” The vehicle was towed, and the driver, 52-year old Craig Kirkpatrick, Beaverton, cited for Unlawful use of Cell Phone/Texting while Driving, Careless Driving and Open Container.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Nov. 9, 3:24 p.m., 1000 block Virginia Ave., “anonymous RP reported a subject inside location trespassing,” 50-year old Jonathan Keith Carpenter, North Bend, warned for Criminal Trespass II and arrested on two NBPD warrants charging Criminal Trespass II and Failure to Appear on Citation. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Nov. 9, 5:31 p.m., “CCSO served our valid warrants” on 29-year old Christopher Warren Howe, Coos Bay, “turned himself in to CCJ on our valid” warrants charging DUII & Reckless Driving, and Failure to Appear on Citation.
