According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Nov. 10, 8:37 a.m., 1100 block Virginia Ave., “Texaco turned in $5 bill, RP had suspect vehicle info. Officer attempt contact with vehicle owner, negative contact, report taken.”
