According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Nov. 2, 11:48 a.m., 2051 Newmark Ave., “officer assisting CBPD on VRO occurring at Walmart. Officer observed the subject attempting to walk away from law enforcement.” Thirty-one year old Charles H. Loreman, North Bend, charged with Violation of Restraining Order and Resisting Arrest. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
