Attempted Beer Theft
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Nov. 5, 11:37 a.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., “theft of beer. Cited in lieu of custody,” 44-year old Sheila C. Anderson, Coos Bay, Theft III, permanently trespassed from Safeway, and Trespassed from PV Mall 1 year; Michael Marshall cited for Criminal Trespass II; and, 50-year old Francis DuPont, Coos Bay, charged with PCS Meth and Carrying Concealed Weapon, permanently trespassed from Safeway, transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Nov. 5, 6:28 p.m., “CBPD served NBPD warrant,” on 29-year old Michael Robert Fitzhenry charging Probation Violation – Possession of Meth.

Counterfeit
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Nov. 6, 10:24 a.m., 1600 block Virginia Ave., Dollar Tree Store, “counterfeit money. Report taken. Counterfeit money seized.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Nov. 7, 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, 28-year old Ashley L. Shoop, Bandon, arrested on CBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on Criminal Citation and Criminal Trespass II. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Nov. 7, 3700 block Sherman Ave., “attempt warrant service,” 29-year old Leon Anthony Luck, Coos Bay, charged with Probation Violation-Burglary and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Egg Throwers
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Nov. 7, 2:52 p.m., 2700 block Alder Ridge, “juveniles egged the residence. Home owner will let juveniles clean up the mess if they are willing. Civil compromise reached.” Fourteen year old male youth “Involved/Contacted.”

Assault/K9 Track
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Nov. 8, 12:16 a.m., 2600 block 16th St., “RP reported she was assaulted by a male subject. Subject fled area in vehicle, officers followed suspect to house in Empire (200 block N. Wall St., according to an entry on the CBPD log), after positive K-9 track and several PA commands the suspect and several others came out of residence.” Thirty-six year old Christopher M. Gericke, North Bend, charged with Burglary I, Assault IV, Menacing, Harassment, Strangulation and Parale Violation Detainer, per a PO officer. Also, 29-year old Ricky L. Potter, North Bend, charged with Probation Violation per PO officer, and 29-year old Renee Errichetto referred to DA for Interfering. Subjects transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. Also involved were the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office, Oregon State Police and Coos Bay Police.
