According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 28, 2:29 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, “unruly guest at location.” Edgar Viveros warned for Criminal Trespass and Unlawful Interception of Communicatioins.”

Disorderly
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 28, 9:35 a.m., Oak & Newmark streets, “RP reports female action erratic, walking into traffic. Forty-five year old female contacted, “warned for Disorderly Conduct. Advised to leave garage sale signs.”

Burglary
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 28, 9:51 a.m., 1800 block Oak St., “RP reports burglary to a residence.”

Theft
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 28, 10:28 a.m., 1900 block Virginia Ave., “theft from 7-11. Officer responded, report taken. 7-11 will attempt to get the video to the officer. Officer identified two of the subjects involved.”

Outside
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 28, 11:49 a.m., Pony Ck. Rd./foot bridge, “officer observed young male walking on the outside part of the bridge on the pipes. Officer advised subject to move back onto the bridge.”

Bridge again
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 28, 11:57 a.m., Pony Ck. Rd./foot bridge, “officer contacting subjects under the foot bridge, climbing on the pipes. Juveniles were contacted and spoken to, officer will notify parents of their behavior.” Eleven and twelve-year olds contacted.

Punched
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 28, 5:44 p.m., 2400 block Broadway Ave., “brother punched girlfriend in the face.” Thirty-two year old Justin J. Bywater, North Bend, charged with Assault IV – Domestic and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

Dispute
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Sept. 28, 7:34 p.m., 2500 block Pine St., “dispute at location. Report taken, charge Harassment and Reckless Endangerment. Probable cause arrest sent countywide for 20-year old Gavin J. Kuehne, North Bend.”

VRO
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 29, 12:35 a.m., 1100 block Virginia Ave., “report of disturbance in parking lot.” Twenty-eight year old Cody John Gilbert, Coos Bay, charged with Violation of Restraining Order, warned for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. Also, 20-year old Breezy Ann Jackson warned for Disorderly Conduct and Interfering.

Vending Machine
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 29, 1:05 p.m., 1900 block Sheridan Ave., “RP reports theft and criminal mischief to one of their vending machines.” Bay Area First Step and Coca Cola “Firm/Business.”

Syringes
Entries on the North Bend Police log involving found syringes. 1:55 p.m., 1900 block Monroe St., “found syringe in front of her residence. Officer picked up for destruction. 2:10 p.m., 1900 block Meade Ave., “found syringe. Officer seized syringe for destruction.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 29, 10:04 p.m., Douglas Co. served NBPD warrant on 46-year old Daniel Magden for Criminal Mischief I and Failure to Appear I. Entry on the CBPD log, “located wanted subject by DCS on 2 CBPD warrants,” charging Failure to Appear on Criminal Citation and Criminal Trespass.
