According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Oct. 21, 10:52 a.m., “Smoker’s Trail.” “chief received complaint from male subject that his neighbor was just harassed by some juveniles on the “smokers trail” while walking home from the store. Officer responded/spoke with victim who advised juveniles challenged him to a fight. They took off when he dialed his phone. RP requested it logged for information and that the school is advised of problem.”
