Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Oct. 22, 7::49 a.m., Newmark & Morrison, “officer out with subjects at location,” 31-year old Adam Johnston arrested on three CBPD warrants charging Failure to Appear on Trespassing and FTA II charges.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  “Will be referred for PCS.”

Drinking
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Oct. 22, 10:39 a.m., 1800 block Virginia, “transients sitting on porch of business drinking,” 36-year old Richard W. Sakschewski arrested on CBPD warrant charging Probation Violation – Amphetamine Possession.  Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  “2 other males warned for Criminal Trespass and Drinking on Unlicensed Premise.”

Beer Theft
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Oct. 22, 11:01 a.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, “theft of beer from location,” 57-year old Charles Duane Knaus charged with Theft III, cited, “will be referred for Criminal Trespass I.”

PCS Meth
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Saturday, Oct. 22, 11:21 a.m., Florida/McPherson, “officer out with subject at location,” 23-year old Brianna Carol Huntley arrested on CCSO warrant charging Failure to Appear on Assault IV charge, Failure to Appear II, cited and given a court date.  “Will be referred for PCS Meth.”

Disorderly
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Oct. 23, 1:15 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Casino request officer assist with agitated guest refusing to leave.  Officers responded to location, forced entry into hotel room, subject placed into custody,” 48-year old Christopher A. Loveton charged with Criminal Trespass II, Disorderly Conduct II, Interfering and Resisting.  “Subject transported to CCJ, dog transported to Animal Shelter, subject’s property secured by Casino staff.”

DUII
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Oct. 23, 2:39 a.m., No. Bayshore Dr. & Myrtle St., “traffic stop,” 30-year old Jaycen S. Shively, Medford, cited for DUII – Alcohol (BAC .13%), warned for VBR and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.  Vehicle impounded.
