Rhoades, North Bend, and 18-year old Taylor E. Bue, Coos Bay, both charged with Theft III and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille. “Juvenile will be referred to Juvenile Dept. for Theft III.”

Shoplifter on Bike

Heading eastbound on Virginia.” Twenty-five year old Andrew Morgan, Coos Bay, cited and released for Theft III. Value $38.58. “Subject was trespassed from Safeway and all mall properties for one year.”
